Goods ordered from ompak.nl will be delivered to the address you have provided, both in the Netherlands and abroad. You will receive a track & trace code via email to track your shipment. Goods ordered before 12:00 are normally delivered the following day (in the Netherlands and subject to availability or unless otherwise stated), in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in the Netherlands regarding distance selling. Exceptions to this are products that require processing, such as personalisation or name and number printing, and/or products that need to be reordered from the supplier. Should the product be temporarily out of stock or unavailable, you will automatically receive a notification.
Were you not at home when the delivery driver arrived at your door? If so, the delivery driver will have left a card in your letterbox with a delivery code.
A standard delivery charge of €15 applies to orders under €200.00 within the Netherlands. Delivery charges to other countries vary by country. If you change the delivery address in your shopping basket, the delivery charges will be adjusted automatically. (No delivery charges apply to all orders over €200.00, provided the delivery address is in the Netherlands!).
Additional delivery charges may apply for shipments abroad. The exact costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel. Please feel free to contact us for a no-obligation quote.

Returns are accepted. For a full refund, it is important that the goods are in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You have a 30-day cooling-off period following receipt of your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you can do so via your local Service Point. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.
Returning goods is a simple 3-step process:
Step 1: Pack your order in the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box.
Don’t forget to include the delivery note sent with your order or a copy of it. If you’ve lost the delivery note, please include a note with the order number. Without the order number, processing your return may be delayed.
Step 2: Prepare your parcel online and drop it off at your nearest Service Point.
Go to the website of your chosen carrier, create a shipping order, pay and print out the shipping label. Affix this to the shipping packaging.
Step 3: You will receive a shipping label.
This shipping label contains a barcode and a web address where you can track your parcel. Keep this safe until we have fully processed your return! You will automatically receive an email as soon as we have processed your return.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like a different product or a different size, we recommend placing a new order on the website. This way, you will receive the new product more quickly.
Do I need to print anything out?
There is no need to print anything. We ask you to clearly state the reason for the return on the delivery note provided and to include this in the return parcel. However, you are not obliged to give a reason.
How long will it take to get my money back?
You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as we have processed your return. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase, we will refund the amount for the returned products to your bank account or credit card as soon as possible (on average within 24 hours), but no later than 14 days.
What about the discount?
If you have ordered more than one item, the discount will be divided proportionally across the items. If you cancel or return an item, the discount on that item will be forfeited. If you return everything, the full discount will be forfeited.
What about the delivery charges?
You will not be refunded for any shipping costs paid; shipping costs are always at your own expense unless the error is on our part. If, following a partial return, the remaining total amount falls below the shipping threshold of 200 euros, we will deduct the shipping costs owed from the refund amount.
Where does my parcel go once I’ve handed it in?
Once you have handed in your return at your local service point, it will be collected in the afternoon. The parcel will then be taken to a depot for sorting. It will subsequently be returned to us. You will automatically receive a message from us once we have processed the return. We are therefore dependent on the carrier, but always aim to process returns as quickly as possible.
Statutory right of withdrawal
We would also like to draw your attention to the statutory right of withdrawal (however, our standard cooling-off period is already 30 days). In the Netherlands, you always have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form (download) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will be considered to have met the deadline if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
